We're Hiring an Experienced Landscaper

Wage: $32-$38 per hour

At Desert Flower Landscaping, we transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary landscapes. We're known for our commitment to quality, creativity, and sustainability. Now, we're on the hunt for an exceptional Landscape Supervisor to join our team and lead our high-end residential projects.

 Your Role:

  • Carry out landscape construction tasks such as planting, paving, and building structures.

  • Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain the quality and safety of on-site work.

  • Contribute to a positive client experience by delivering work that meets the design brief and exceeds expectations

  • Work collaboratively with all team members, supporting a positive and productive work environment.

  • Take direction from the supervisor, resolving minor issues autonomously when possible.

  • Arrive on-site on time and complete tasks within the assigned schedule.

  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues to ensure tasks are aligned with the overall project plan

What We’re Looking For:

  • Certification in Landscape Construction is desirable

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping

  • Ability to follow plans and execute tasks efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail
